'Drinking warm water for most people is not part of their daily routine.  Perhaps this is due to the fact that few people understand the health benefits of drinking warm water. It is a good health practice to drink warm water on a daily basis because of its health benefits. Most people ignore warm water and always choose a glass of cold water. Below, we explore the health benefits of warm water.

Fluoride in Water Has Now Been Designated as a Neurotoxin

'The fluoridation of water supplies began more than 60 years ago, and helped usher in the beginning of the “better living through chemistry” era in which we have found ourselves.

Another benchmark of this era is the meteoric rise in neuro-developmental disabilities such as autism, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), bi-polar disorder, dyslexia, and other cognitive impairments that have afflicted millions of children worldwide with increasing frequency. Now scientists have documented the connection between these two events, in a study published this month in the journal Lancet Neurology.'

Fluoride combined with even trace amounts of aluminum in water can cause major brain damage

‘Renowned medical doctor and neurosurgeon Dr. Russell Blaylock holds nothing back when it comes to telling it like it is, even when “it” goes against the prevailing schools of thought within his profession. And one of his latest Blaylock Wellness Reports is no exception, shining light on the very real dangers associated with fluoride exposure, especially when that fluoride interacts with other toxic chemicals commonly found in municipal water supplies.'

Soma Water Filters: High Style, No Substance

soma

'Recently there's been a lot of buzz about a new water filter.
It's beautiful, innovative, eco-friendly, and totally unique.
At first glance I was impressed, but what I found upon investigation, was astounding and infuriating.

Readers of my site know that posting critical product reviews is not my thing, but this company appears to be perpetrating one of the most sophisticated health cons I've seen in awhile.

So I'm compelled to expose it.

After reading the post you'll see what I mean, and hopefully together we can divert a lot of people away from this impostor.'

Widespread Contaminants in Drinking Water Across U.S.

'Protecting public health shouldn’t be this hard. When it comes to chemical safety, Congress should shift the burden of proof from regulators to manufacturers. A recent survey conducted by researchers at the U.S. Geographic Survey (USGS) and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) found traces of 18 unregulated chemicals in drinking water from more than one third of U.S. water utilities. Of the 21 total chemicals found, researchers discovered among them 11 perfluorinated chemicals, an herbicide, two solvents, caffeine, an antibacterial chemical, a metal and an antidepressant.'

Activate Your Daily Water—5 Ways to Enhance the Water You Drink

Green Tea

Green tea is often a healthier alternative for hydration to pure water.

Recently, I began to question how good water is for health. It makes sense to drink pure water…or does it? How much do we really need every day? Do water filters make a significant difference on your health? Is bottled water a need, or a corporate scheme to monetize a popular health trend?

My four decades of fieldwork with traditional indigenous people contradicts our modern notion of 4-6 glasses of pure water a day.'

How to deseed a pomegranate FAST without water

'I’ve been eating a lot of pomegranates lately because they’re cheap, in season, and super healthy.
And every time I mention eating pomegranates, someone asks, ”What’s is the best way to open them?”

The first time I ever bought a pomegranate, I was super pumped to get it home and eat it, but my excitement quickly waned when it took me forever to pick out all the seeds, and made a huge mess. Although it was delicious, I was disappointed by the hassle, and didn’t plan on buying another pomegranate any time soon.

Months later, I was lamenting about this and someone told me to deseed it while holding it submerged in a bowl of water. I tried this technique and it worked beautifully, much faster and no mess. Huzzah! I boarded the pomegranate train and became a regular consumer.

But in the last year I discovered an even better method.
So I shot a quick video to show how to deseed a pomegranate fast, without water and without making a mess. Enjoy!
