How Do These People Sleep? She Was 4 and She’s Dead by Psychiatry

 [Big+Pharma+well+org_crime.JPG]

'John McCarthy speaks passionately about prescription of more... psychiatric drugs to children. Rebecca Riley was four years old—”four and bold”—given four drugs at once, and she died from the cure. Her psychiatrists are still in practice.

Take just 5 minutes to listen to this incredibly moving piece, when McCarthy spoke at Health Actions International’s conference, Mad Medicine: Do conflicts of interest drive you crazy?, last September, when he asks how those who do this can sleep at night:'

What Most People Don't Know About The Father of Vaccination and Why History is Repeating Itself

Photo: What Most People Don't Know About The Father of Vaccination and Why History is Repeating Itself http://preventdisease.com/news/14/031014_Most-People-Dont-Know-About-Father-Vaccination-History-Repeating-Itself.shtml For centuries, medical practitioners we have tried to find ways of inducing immunity in order to escape the consequences of disease, but vaccination itself is relatively new and a mere blip on our historical timeline. It embraces a noble intention, which is why so many are easily deceived regarding its true effectiveness. Dr. Edward Jenner is considered the "father of vaccination", variolation or inoculation. He was the pioneer of the first smallpox vaccine and he was also the first to formulate a vaccine for approved experimentation which began with his 10-month old son.

People Can Draw Energy From Other People The Same Way Plants Do

http://themindunleashed.org/wp-content/uploads/2014/03/auraa.jpg

'A biological research team at Bielefeld University has made a groundbreaking discovery showing that plants can draw an alternative source of energy from other plants. This finding could also have a major impact on the future of bioenergy eventually providing the evidence to show that people draw energy from others in much the same way.

Members of Professor Dr. Olaf Kruse’s biological research team have confirmed for the first time that a plant, the green alga Chlamydomonas reinhardtii, not only engages in photosynthesis, but also has an alternative source of energy: it can draw it from other plants. The research findings were released this week in the online journal Nature Communications published by the renowned journal Nature.'

Radical Remission! Amazing Research on People Who Heal Cancer

'Hey everyone, here’s an awesome new interview with my friend Dr. Kelly Turner, author of Radical Remission: Surviving Cancer Against All Odds.

Her new book documents 10 years of research on people who have healed cancer without conventional treatment and/or after treatment has failed.

Sound like anyone you know?

In our interview we talk about how she ended up on this crazy mission ;) and the groundbreaking information she learned, including some of the key factors that all cancer healers have in common.

I am so excited about this book and our interview. And I know you’re gonna love it.'

How Cannabis Can Save Cancer-Stricken Kids: An Introduction to 'Weed the People,' by Ricki Lake

Filmmaker Ricki Lake introduces her new documentary project, "Weed the People," which examines the medical usage of cannabis, particularly among families and children. Above, you can watch the exclusive trailer for the film, and below, read a Yahoo Movies guest column from Lake that breaks down the project.

'I have never been a pot smoker. I have always been wary of marijuana because I considered it to be a drug with a potential for abuse, just like alcohol or pharmaceuticals. I've never been very interested in marijuana activism or supported the legalization movement. Yet, recently I've found myself meeting with growers in Santa Cruz, California, attending Drug Policy conferences in Washington, D.C., and hanging out with Snoop Dogg at "420" celebrations.

Like a growing number of people, a personal experience has opened my eyes and shown me the healing potential of this plant. Today, I am trying to produce a new film about cannabis (or cannabinoids for the Ph.D. types,) but first let me explain how all this reefer madness began.'

Medical Errors Kill Enough People to Fill 4 Jumbo Jets a Week. - 7 Tips on Surviving The Medical Industrial Complex

Medical Errors Kill Enough People to Fill 4 Jumbo Jets a Week. - 7 Tips on Surviving The Medical Industrial Complex.

"When there is a plane crash in the U.S., even a minor one, it makes headlines. There is a thorough federal investigation, and the tragedy often yields important lessons for the aviation industry. Pilots and airlines thus learn how to do their jobs more safely.

The world of American medicine is far deadlier: Medical mistakes kill enough people each week to fill four jumbo jets. But these mistakes go largely unnoticed by the world at large, and the medical community rarely learns from them." The WSJ goes to the say in their excellent article titled "How to Stop Hospitals From Killing Us."

With 200,000 - 400,000 deaths per annum Medical Errors are now the 3rd leading cause of death right behind Heart disease with 597,689 deaths per annum and Cancer with 574,743 deaths per annum.

But the CDC does not even mention Medical Errors in their report on the leading causes of death.'

GMO plants, GMO people, and cancer

 http://www.secretsofthefed.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/04/HUNGRY-DEFEATED-MONSANTO-FARMER-OPPOSITE-OF-AMERICA-BURNE-CROPS.jpg

'There is an extraordinary parallel between what biotech corporations are doing with food plants, and what cancer researchers are trying to do with humans.

The comparison is not only instructive, it reveals what the future holds.

The war against cancer has painted a picture of hope: genetic solutions, genetic modifications.

This, despite the fact that there are no successful genetic treatments for any form of human cancer.

The focus on genes is a diversion from obvious causes of cancer in the environment: industrial chemicals, pollutants, pesticides, food additives, and even pharmaceuticals.'

13 Things Mindful People Do Differently Every Day

'It may have started as a trend among Silicon Valley tech companies, but mindfulness seems to be here to stay for all of us.

2014 has been called the "year of mindful living," and in the past several months, mindfulness has made headlines in seemingly every major print publication and news site. No longer an activity reserved for the new age set, the public is looking to mindfulness as an antidote to stress and burnout, technology addiction and digital distractions, and a sense of time famine and constant busyness.

More and more research is legitimizing the practice, demonstrating that it may be an extremely effective intervention for a wide range of physical and mental health problems.'

Marijuana May Heal Health Problems That Come With Old Age: How Can People Living in Senior Homes Get It?

‘Sue Taylor, a retired Catholic school principal and grandmother from Oakland, California, was living in Atlanta, Georgia writing a parenting handbook when she got a phone call from her son that would disrupt her life.

“He told me, ‘Mom, I know how you can open up your metaphysical holistic center,’ which had been my goal,” Taylor said. Taylor had earned a degree in divinity in Atlanta and is now a metaphysical minister. “He said, ‘It will be supported by a cannabis dispensary.’”

“Cannabis dispensary?” Taylor asked him. “You talkin’ about that marijuana stuff?”

Yes, he was.’

The FDA just approved Big Pharma marketing drug treatments to healthy people

'But as I pointed out as a citizen journalist for Natural News back in the spring of 2012, if Big Pharma can legally start marketing drugs to people as a preventative option instead of just strictly for treatment, what’s to stop this decision from opening the door WIDE to start treating otherwise healthy people with expensive, risky medicines based on fear of the diseases they will potentially get instead of what they actually have?'

14 Things People Probably Do Not Want To Know About Their Favorite Foods

 http://www.ezrapoundcake.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/09/veggie-burger-1-new.jpg

'There are hundreds of food industry facts that are sheltered from consumers and only made public by food scientists if absolutely necessary. The following are 14 of the more well known industry insider secrets that have been exposed now for some time, but still not common knowledge to millions of consumers.

Many consumer watchdogs have found that food label claims such as ‘pure’, ‘fresh’, ‘non-artificial’, ‘natural’ and ‘real’ are largely unregulated and false when these claims are investigated. Moreover, the processing of most foods, ingredients used in manufacturing, their byproducts, waste management and other details are often kept hidden from the public until they've been exposed by those willing to publicize the information.'

Medical Errors Kill Enough People to Fill 4 Jumbo Jets a Week. - 7 Tips on Surviving The Medical Industrial Complex.

'... the dangers of the Military Industrial Complex pale in comparison to the dangers inherent in the Medical Industrial Complex.

According to one estimate there have been 7.8 million iatrogenic (deaths caused by medical examination or treatment) deaths over a 10 year period in the US - More than all the casualties from all the wars fought by the US throughout its entire history.

Dr. Benjamin Rush a Founding Father of America and a signer of the Declaration of Independence was right. America's Medical Industrial Complex has organized itself into an undercover dictatorship and is now "controlling the shots", in every sense of that expression. And they are more deadly that all of the shots fired in all of the wars that America has ever been involved in.'

Ginger Benefits People with Asthma

 http://img2.timeinc.net/health/images/slides/ginger-digestive-health-400x400.jpg

'Ginger has been used medicinally for centuries and in the U.S. is perhaps most known for its ability to soothe nausea and stomach upset.

It is without a doubt the best remedy I know of for nausea. You don’t need much just a piece the size of your fingernail minced very finely and swallowed.  It is phenomenally effective.
But now new research suggests this natural root may provide help for much more, including for arthritis pain, heart health, and people with asthma, in whom ginger may enhance the effects of the bronchodilating medications conventionally used to treat their condition. It may even be useful for weight control!'

'Processed foods are bad. They are the main reason why people all over the world are getting fat and sick. How do we know?

Every time a population adopts a “Western” diet high in processed foods, they get sick.

It happens within a few years. Their genes don’t change, their food does.

Real vs Processed Food

The word “processed” often causes some confusion, so let me clarify what I mean.'

Most People are Dangerously Vitamin D Deficient in Winter -

 winter scene

'‘During the shorter days of winter and early spring, your body may be missing the invaluable Vitamin D needed for optimum health and disease prevention, according to Creighton University researcher Joan Lappe, Ph.D.

During the summer, the body can convert solar energy into ample amounts of vitamin D with just 10-15 minutes of daily exposure to sun. That is not possible during the winter and early spring months when the angle of the sun sinks lower into the southern hemisphere.

Dr. Lappe, who is a professor of medicine and holder of the Criss/Beirne Endowed Chair in the Creighton School of Nursing, goes on to say that if you live at latitudes above the 37th parallel, you may be getting little or no Vitamin D at all during winter months.’'

The Island Where People Forget To Die: Curing Cancer With The Simple Life

Photo Credit:Andrea Frazzetta/LUZphoto for The New York Times

'Diagnosed with terminal lung cancer in 1976, Stamaitis Moraitis left the U.S. and moved back to Ikaria, a mediterranean island, to be close to his family and enjoy his last 9 months on earth.

He got lots of rest, planted a garden and vineyard, got lots of fresh air and sunshine, ate fresh local food, slept late, took naps, ate and drank with friends at night, and started going to church.

He radically changed his diet and lifestyle.

He slowed down, simplified his life and guess what happened…his body healed!

30 years later he’s 96, still alive and cancer-free.
No surgery, no drugs, no chemo. Not even any alternative therapies.'

12 Foods Most People Don't Know Are Dyed or Adulterated

'Food fraud was recently defined in a report funded by the National Center for Food Protection and Defense (University of Minnesota) as a collective term that encompasses the deliberate substitution, addition, tampering or misrepresentation of food, food ingredients or food packaging, or false or misleading statements made about a product for economic gain.

A more specific type of fraud, intentional or economically motivated adulteration of food ingredients has been defined by USP's Expert Panel on Food Ingredient Intentional Adulterants as the fraudulent addition of nonauthentic substances or removal or replacement of authentic substances without the purchaser's knowledge for economic gain of the seller.'

People with Psychosis Who Use Marijuana Have 2-1/2 Times Lower Death Rate

'The more significant point of the study, which it never discusses, is that it demonstrates that psychiatric drugs are killing people at a rate as much as 13½ times the rest of the population!'

'Marijuana has often been demonized as causing schizophrenia, though a cause-and-effect connection has never been shown. Now, though, a new study published in the Journal of Psychiatric Research has documented that people diagnosed with schizophrenia who use marijuana—also called pot or cannabis—live longer than those who don’t, and alcohol use has no impact on lifespan. The authors concluded:'
